Ceviche 105 in Miami

Next time you’re in Miami, be sure to give Ceviche105 a visit. They’re a Peruvian restaurant, with incredible food, and multiple locations in the Miami area.

I had the Pargo Entero and the Tetra De Ceviche at their location in downtown Miami this past weekend, and I was thoroughly impressed.

Pargo Entero is a whole fried snapper, deboned. I also ordered the fresh seafood with it.

The Tetra de Ceviche, the appetizer, included four ceviches… classic, rococo, yellow pepper and Hana for sauce.

Everything from the ambiance of the restaurant, the food, staff, and location were great. I’d give Ceviche 105 a 5/5.

The restaurant does get busy, especially at night, so I’d recommend making a reservation ahead of time.
