Cockrell Butterfly Center in Houston

The Cockrell Butterfly Center at the Houston Museum of Natural Science feels like stepping into a small rainforest with its tropical plants, misted walkways, and hundreds of live butterflies fluttering all around.

I was back recently for a client’s engagement photo session, though I’ve wandered those winding paths many times before.
