I made grounded lamb tacos tonight for dinner. I started with chopping up the vegetables (jalepeno, onion, cilantro), I sauteed the jalepeno and onion and cooked it with the grounded lamb in the skillet.

The tortillas were baked in the oven on a pan for 6 minutes. I ate the tacos with salsa verde, and pico de gallo, plus had a sliced avocado with light salt on it. It all turned out great!!
