Queen’s 102nd Birthday

Happy heavenly birthday to my Mama Queen. Today would have been her 102nd birthday, and I miss her quite a bit. It’s now been nine years since her passing from lung cancer.

There’s not a day that goes by where I don’t think about her and the times shared. I’ll never forget moments spent with her in her amazing garden, being babysat by her before starting kindergarten when my parents were at work, and all of the sleepovers.

No matter what, I’ll always celebrate her birthday and will keep her memory alive.
